Anna Sutton
President

                            Anna Sutton began her career at Greystone in January 1966 as an Attendant. In the following years she would be promoted to Charge Attendant, Human Services Technician, and later to Residential Living Specialist. It is from this position that she retired on June 30, 2000 but has continued to work as Assistant to the Executive Director of Council 52.

Executive Director

Mr. Gollin was employed as a Social Worker with the Hudson County Welfare Board where he was instrumental in the formation of an independent association of Welfare Workers at the County Welfare Agency. The association affiliated with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, under Local 2306 in 1972. Rich served as Vice President and Chief Shop Steward of Local 2306 from 1972 to 1978 when Mr. Gollin began working for AFSCME Council 52 as a Staff Representative. He was promoted to Associate Director after several years and served in that capacity until the untimely death of Council 52 Director, Mike Lanni in 1992. At that time Rich assumed the duties of Executive Director, the office which he now holds. In 2005 International President Gerald McEntee appointed Rich to the International Judicial Panel.

Associate Director

 Arthur C. Delo, Jr. joined the AFSCME Council 52 staff in 1982 and has been Associate Director since 1992. He is a graduate of Fordham University and Viet Nam Combat Veteran. Away from the office he is the Artistic Director of the Attic Ensemble, a prominent Jersey City theater company.
